Share your tender documents, EIR specifications, and existing drawings. We review scope, identify LOD requirements (typically LOD 200–400), and confirm National Annex compliance. Assessment takes 2–3 days - you receive a clear scope document with deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Our BIM modelers work from your 2D CAD files, PDFs, sketches, or point cloud data. We set up CDE access, establish communication protocols, and align with your project managers. You don't change your design software - we adapt to your workflows.

You receive native Revit files, IFC exports, construction documents, and required COBie datasets. Models pass our internal QA/QC protocols. If the tender requires clash detection reports or coordination documentation, those arrive formatted for direct submission.
