Three levels. One shared standard of delivery.
Level 2: Coordination
You keep the client relationship, we run the coordination. Clash matrix, Navisworks or Solibri runs, BCF issue lists, model health reports, and we chair the coordination meetings as your team if you want us to.
Level 3: Full BIM management
When that division best suits the project structure, we lead information management end to end: EIR response, BEP, CDE setup and administration, MIDP and TIDP, model checks and handover data. Under your brand and in close alignment with your team.
Invisible to your client
Deliverables go out under your name. We never contact your client, we never sell around you, and we sign that in the NDA. If you want us in the room, we join as your team.
Multi-standard, multi-country
ISO 19650 with UK, Nordic, Baltic and German national practice. We have delivered under different client standards in Portugal, Poland, Italy, Austria, the UK and Angola. Switching context is normal work for us, not a learning curve billed to you.

How the partnership starts?

Send us your BEP, EIR extract, naming convention and LOD/LOIN matrix. In one to two days we return a short delivery note: how we will map your requirements, which checks we run before every issue, and what we need from your CDE admin. No onboarding workshops.

We start with the scope that best fits the project structure: one modelling package, one coordination sprint, or BIM management for one project stage. We agree the quality criteria together, then both teams review the result. After the pilot, we expand the scope in line with the project plan.

Weekly capacity plan agreed with you, daily issues to your CDE, clash and issue reports formatted for your coordination meetings. You keep the client, the process and the margin. We keep the models moving.
