About Slefty
Slefty is the external BIM department for design firms, contractors and owners across Europe. We deliver construction and as-built models, multidisciplinary coordination and 3D laser scanning. We specialise in buildings with zero tolerance for error: data centres, industrial plants, hospitals. HQ in Wrocław, team in Poland and Portugal, ISO 19650 workflows, and an in-house R&D team building AI tools for BIM.
What you'll do
- Model MEP systems in Revit: HVAC and cooling, electrical (MV/LV, containment, IT power), plumbing and drainage, fire protection
- Work on data centre projects from 20 000 m² upwards, at LOD 300-400
- Build models from 2D drawings, IFC models and point clouds
- Run and resolve clash detection (Navisworks, ACC) with our BIM coordinator
- Create and maintain MEP families, views, schedules and sheets
- Work inside the client's CDE and keep model data clean
- Collaborate in English with engineers in Poland, Portugal and across Europe
What we're looking for
- Hands-on Revit MEP skills (short practical task at the start)
- Understanding of how building services work. Background in building services, electrical, civil engineering, architecture or similar
- English at B2 or higher
- Precision and ownership on large models
- Mid level: 2+ years of MEP modelling in Revit on construction-stage projects
Nice to have
- Data centre, industrial or healthcare experience
- Navisworks, ACC / BIM 360
- Dynamo, pyRevit or Python
- ISO 19650
- Driving licence
